During the promotion period, with a single receipt of RM2888 (after discount, for TruHerbs brand products only, excluding other brands and shipping fees), customers are entitled to receive one (1) Gold Bar (worth RM588).

 3.⁠ ⁠每张收据仅限兑换一枚金猫或金条，订单不可合并或拆分计算。若消费折扣后净额满RM2888（仅限TruHerbs自家品牌产品，不包含其他品牌及运费），仅可获取金条（价值RM588），不可同时领取金猫（价值 RM198）。

Each receipt is entitled to one (1) Lucky Cat or Gold Bar only. Orders cannot be combined or split. For purchases (after discount, for TruHerbs brand products only, excluding other brands and shipping fees) of RM2888, only the Gold Bar (worth RM588) will be given. The Lucky Cat (worth RM198) will not be included.

 4.⁠ ⁠金猫与金条数量有限，送完即止。

Lucky Cat and Gold Bar are limited and available while stocks last.

This promotion is valid for purchases made via the official website and offline stores only. Overseas orders are not eligible.

 6.⁠ ⁠符合条件的官网订单，其金猫或金条将随货一同寄出，恕不另行补寄。因地址错误、无人签收、退货、包裹寄出后遗失或运输途中损坏等原因导致赠品未能送达，本公司概不负责，亦不予补发。

Eligible online orders will receive the Lucky Cat or Gold Bar together with their parcel. No separate re-delivery will be arranged. The company will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address, unclaimed parcels, returns, loss after dispatch, or damage during transit. No replacement or re-delivery will be provided.

 7.⁠ ⁠金猫与金条图片仅供参考，如遇缺货或款式调整，本公司有权在无需另行通知的情况下更换。

Lucky Cat and Gold Bar images are for illustration purposes only. In the event of out-of-stock or design changes, the company reserves the right to provide replacements without prior notice.

The Lucky Cat and Gold Bar are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

幸运抽奖活动条款与细则 Lucky Draw Terms & Conditions

1. 本活动仅适用于2025年9月25日至2025年10月31日期间的订单。

This campaign is valid for orders placed from 25 September 2025 to 31 October 2025 only.

2. 本活动无最低消费限制。凡于活动期间内购买TruHerbs自家品牌产品并成功加入本公司指定群组的顾客，即可获得一次抽奖资格。非TruHerbs品牌之商品不计入抽奖资格。

There is no minimum spend required. Customers who purchase TruHerbs brand products only during the campaign period and successfully join the company’s designated group will be entitled to one Lucky Draw entry. Purchases of non-TruHerbs brand products are not eligible for Lucky Draw entries.

3. 每个符合条件的订单号可获得一次抽奖机会；同一顾客如有多个符合条件的订单号，可获得多次抽奖机会。

Each eligible order number will be entitled to one entry. Customers with multiple eligible order numbers will receive multiple entries.

4. 金片数量有限，仅限5份，送完为止。

The Lucky Gold is limited to 5 units only, available while stock last.

This campaign is only applicable to purchases made through the official website and offline stores only. Overseas orders are not eligible.

The company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time, and all decisions made by the company regarding these Terms & Conditions shall be final.

Cancelled or refunded orders will be deemed invalid, and the Lucky Draw entries will be revoked.

幸运抽奖领奖规则 Lucky Draw Prize Claiming Rules

1.⁠ ⁠幸运抽奖获奖名单将在2025年11月15日或之前于本公司官方 Facebook、Instagram 页面，以及指定群组同步公布。

The winners of the Lucky Draw will be announced on or before 15 November 2025 on the company’s official Facebook and Instagram pages, as well as in the designated groups joined by participants.

2.⁠ ⁠本公司将不会以任何形式单独通知幸运抽奖获奖者，获奖者需自行查看公布结果并主动联系我们领奖。

The company will not notify the Lucky Draw winners individually. Winners are required to check the announcement themselves and contact us proactively to claim their prizes.

3.⁠ ⁠所有幸运抽奖奖品必须在2025年12月15日或之前完成领取，逾期未领取将视为自动放弃领奖权利，恕不补发或赔偿。

All Lucky Draw prizes must be claimed on or before 15 December 2025. Unclaimed prizes will be deemed forfeited without replacement or compensation.
